Through perseverance and dedication the Stratagem team has overcome all obsticals. They are going to be opening 200,000sf of quality stages and support spaces in Toronto this year. Prior to the pandemic we visited the site and investigated the 300,000sf of existing building to strategize a plan of action for the renovations.

The Simpson is being developed for new client Quest Community Development Org and will be operated by project partners Integral.  The Simpson is located a stone’s throw from the Foley Design office in the Vine City area on Joseph E Boone Blvd.  It will be a 4 story family project over podium parking and will be home to 139 families.  Check out the press buzz coverage that the project is getting in the link below:

MainStreet Walton Mill (MSWM) is one of Foley’s most recently completed projects with repeat client One Street Residential. MSWM is a 69-unit senior residential project located near downtown Monroe, Georgia. Just adjacent to the project is the former Walton Cotton Mill Company which includes recently renovated warehouse buildings and is home to places like Georgia Reclaimed, Hodge Podge Antique & Vintage, and Made in Monroe.
