We recently celebrated the grand opening of Diamond College Park! 
This multi-family project has brought 50 affordable housing units and 10 market-rate units to the city of College Park. The tenants have access to amenities such as a gallery, fitness center, and community garden, among others. 

We take so much pride in working on projects that help combat the housing crisis and give individuals opportunities to grow and integrate into their communities. 

Michael and Savanna attended an AIA Architects Roundtable with Terri Lee, Atlanta Housing’s Chief Operating Officer to learn about the city’s 5-year plan to combat the ongoing struggle of affordable housing. Read more below! 

Big Bethel Village is an existing 3-story 104,607 SQ. FT. senior apartment building located in Atlanta, Georgia. It was originally constructed in 2002 but was recently renovated to better serve the community. The grand reopening was held on April 4^th to celebrate all of the hard work that went into making Big Bethel Village a home to many members of the 55+ community in the west side of Atlanta. There are a total of 120 units with a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments.
