Griffin Village, a 3-story, 150 unit, “garden style” multi-family breezeway apartment complex, is located in Griffin, Georgia. The project is well into construction administration, and Assistant Project Manager Jessyca has been learning a lot about the CA phase through submittal reviews, OACs, and site visits to see it all come together. On this particular trip, she, and Senior Associate Michael, learned that it is definitely a happy jobsite to be on as can be seen from the heart openings cut into the Tyvek. While Jessyca kept her feet on the ground, Michael navigated the surprisingly sturdy construction ladders to inspect the roof framing underway and get a higher view of the 30-acre site that is being built on.
