MainStreet Walton Mill (MSWM) is one of Foley’s most recently completed projects with repeat client One Street Residential. MSWM is a 69-unit senior residential project located near downtown Monroe, Georgia. Just adjacent to the project is the former Walton Cotton Mill Company which includes recently renovated warehouse buildings and is home to places like Georgia Reclaimed, Hodge Podge Antique & Vintage, and Made in Monroe.
MSWM’s character is heavily inspired by the Walton Cotton Mill’s industrial architecture including our 3 story “Mill” building and 2 story “Warehouse” building connected by a central tower. Building Architecture and Architectural finishes are provided by Foley Design and The Interiors Studio | Foley Design.
