We took the newbies & internationals to WaHoe today for lunch. For some it was their first Waffle House experience & to our surprise, they dove right in. They ordered hashbrowns( covered & smothered, obvi), t-bone steak & eggs, bacon, egg, & cheese sandwiches, & waffles. They were even ok with wearing the Waffle House inititiation hats, see photo. Just like Yvonne, Alain is another person we need to admire for his afterwork outreach. In his free time last week, Alain showed up the other volunteers with his soffit building skills at Habitat for Humanity. Those soffit's are lookin' good Alain. 

& here comes another sappy/heartfelt one...The reason for this post is to celebrate our two favorite people- Bryce & Shirean. After 15ish years working at Foley, they have made partner. Wahoo. We couldn't think of a more deserving pair. To us Shirean is not only an ice-chip-bubbly-water-loving, fiery, entertaining, hilarious, person but she is also our mentor . She is someone who we all strive to be but not sure we even come close to being. Although some consider Bryce just an easy-going, sharp shooting, comedic, coworker, he is also an amazing listener, teacher, & friend.

Happy 1 year to our youngest yet brightest employee. We heart you for your hard work, your fashion sense, your calm demeanor, your hidden talents (aka dancing with the stars champ) & your dedication to Foley Design. We see a bright future for you! 

That is the question...regardless, we all jammed into his office to celebrate his umpteenth birthday. He was surprised needless to say.
