The Oaks at Whitaker Glen is an Independent Living Facility located in Raleigh, NC. The project is currently in Phase I and the Foley Team is underway in the exterior renovation aimed to transform the character of the buildings.
The brick corbelling at the top, the arches, and the shutters all help bring the new character to life.
