A big gold award goes to Chulhong for the fastest client approval known to Foley Design. He worked hard, presented his designs, & received client approval within 5 minutes. Jeff better watch out. If this is any indication how the rest of his career will go, he will be a land planning director soon enough :)...just kidding Jeff. #baller

& here comes another sappy/heartfelt one...The reason for this post is to celebrate our two favorite people- Bryce & Shirean. After 15ish years working at Foley, they have made partner. Wahoo. We couldn't think of a more deserving pair. To us Shirean is not only an ice-chip-bubbly-water-loving, fiery, entertaining, hilarious, person but she is also our mentor . She is someone who we all strive to be but not sure we even come close to being. Although some consider Bryce just an easy-going, sharp shooting, comedic, coworker, he is also an amazing listener, teacher, & friend.

Congrats to Bryce, Dave, & the rest of the Park Springs Team for winning the "Best of 55+ Housing" Award last week. You guys deserve those golden shovels.
