The Simpson is being developed for new client Quest Community Development Org and will be operated by project partners Integral. The Simpson is located a stone’s throw from the Foley Design office in the Vine City area on Joseph E Boone Blvd. It will be a 4 story family project over podium parking and will be home to 139 families.
